After the victory over Fulham, Liverpool full of optimism. Brendan Rodgers believes his team will get better, starting with the face Stoke City on Boxing Day.

Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard, requested that the referee acted more fair to his partner, Luis Suarez. He considered, the Uruguay striker was suffering enough as it is often labeled as a 'handyman diving' in the  penalty box since last season.

"I felt when Luis actually dropped in the box now, the referee will give a penalty," complained Gerrard as reported by Sky Sports.

Suarez had previously received a yellow card for diving when Liverpool's 1-1 draw with Sunderland on Saturday (15/09/2012). In the match against Manchester United, despite falling since colliding with Jonny Evans in the forbidden box, the referee did not give a penalty for Liverpool.

"He did get a yellow card at Sunderland, but against Manchester United, it is clear penalty," said Gerrard again.

"Back to the referee to decide and give them what they saw. If it was not a penalty, need not be given. But if it is clear, give. Was only a matter of justice," he continued.

Here are the list of Liverpool Player that we should watch it progress, they would make a breakthrough and make a significant impact to the team.

1. Raheem Sterling

Believe me, it is not just you, all of Liverpool fans are surprised when Raheem started against City. he is still 17 years old but he already proved during the match against City and Arsenal, that he can do it. he was something else, he managed to break down Toure,Zabaleta, and Jenkinson, the more experience player than him.

He will have a big part this season, No doubt that he will become the next Liverpool Star, Something that always been missing in Liverpool, the left winger. Since the era of John Barnes, Liverpool didn't have any more good left winger. Raheem might be the answer to this Liverpool problem

2. Joe Allen

Joe has managed the expectation of all the critics for him. Being bought with a fee of 15 million pounds, some people do wonder if he's worth that much. but now, with only three premier league matches, he proved that he could be one of the best midfielder in the world. 

His passing accuracy was admirable, he could also tackle well and has a good understanding to control the game from the back. Something that Liverpool been missing when Lucas was injured. but now, Liverpool are lucky enough to have Allen and Lucas, two of the best DMF in EPL. and if nothing goes wrong, Allen could even become the best player for Liverpool this season.

3. Jonjo Shelvey

Jonjo Shelvey, the young midfield has already proved to fans and managers that he deserved a place in Liverpool Starting XI, he managed to replace the regular position of Henderson. Brendan prefer to play him, and you can see why. He remind us to the young Steven Gerrard. Brave, Strong, he can pass, he can shoot, all the attribute needed to become good Attacking Midfielder.

Brendan itself changed his mind to loan him out this season after seeing his performance during the America Tour. Nobody couldn't doubt that Jonjo will become Liverpool's important player this season.

4. Fabio Borini

The Hard-working young versatile striker. "The fans will loved him", said Brendan.

He only managed to score one goal in his earlier career, but he has the ability, technique, and mentality to become a big player for Liverpool. All he need is time and he will bang to score for the reds. he is a good finisher, someone that we need to fix our goal-scoring problem.

5. Nuri Sahin

Being Abandoned by Real Madrid, Sahin will try to prove that he is not over. He will play for the best for Liverpool as he stated before that he wants to play football. he even didn't rule out the chance of permanent moved to Liverpool if he satisfied enough with the club.

There is still long way to go for Sahin, but he has time. There is something in him that makes Brendan and Wenger want him. As a supporter, we can only believed that he will be back to his performance in Dortmund.

6. Adam Morgan

He is one of Liverpool prospective striker from academy. Already featured in Europa League campaign with Liverpool first team, he has the talent to be Liverpool's Future Striker. His goal scoring record in the academy was frightening, he even  managed a record to score in 10 games in a row.

The local Scouser who Grow up idolizing Gerrard, Carra, and Xabi, will determine to prove that he can become the next Liverpool Hero. he will get his chance as Liverpool failed to land more striking force in the end of transfer window.

7. Suso

He was Disappointed, because he being left out by Brendan after stunning performance during the America tour. He can be deployed as CMF, AMF, or even WG/SS. his versatility was superb. He has a good technique and vision.

Another youngster that might be benefited because the failure to land another striker. he will get his chance and prove that he can also be the next Liverpool Star.

Time, Time, TIME.................. 

Yes, it's all been said for over and over, since the era of Gerard Houllier, Rafa Benitez, Roy Hodgson, Kenny Dalglish, and Now Brendan Rodgers. and yet, there is no significant progress that the fans see, we are all tired of hearing excuses, Liverpool need to get their glory back. We have changed five managers and still we haven't won the premier league.

The Problem is not on the manager, we have had a world class manager before. the problem that must be resolve is within the club itself, the culture. We play without direction and philosophy, that's why we become so inconsistent.

For those who think that Brendan should Out, my message is,"Are you kidding me?".  This time for once, I can tolerate the excuse of time by our managers. It is completely insane to think that Brendan's Strategy is not work out. Against West Brom we play wonderful football in the first half and so unlucky at the end. Against City we play superbly and let down by our sloppy mistake. Against Arsenal, we do play wonderful football, but let down by HOWARD WEBB, Yes, Could you imagine that if only he made the decision correctly, we could have at least two penalty that should be awarded which then could changed the entire game?

No disrespect to other manager, but i think that our previous manager has no vision like Brendan did. they don't have any direction to what football that they want to play and how they want to build Liverpool. Brendan has clearly stated the Liverpool way, the Shanks way of Liverpool football is the one that he want to bring back, not tiki-taka, not possession football, it's the Liverpool way.

Before I continue on my view, I look at the people who already worked and is working with Brendan, none of them gave a bad impression to him. they've like him at a person and managers. For Instance:

"It is great to play football for him because you can have fun and you can get results. I could see at Swansea the people loved him because the football was attractive. People like to see football (played) like this." Fabio Borini

"When Brendan is talking, you're so focused on what he's saying, He gets your attention 100 per cent. You can be in a meeting for half an hour with him, but it'll feel like 10 minutes. It's clear for everyone to see the way Brendan wants us to play. He did fantastic at Swansea and he's a fantastic coach." Glen Johnson

"I think a lot of players will enjoy his training methods and his approach towards everything. From the moment he walked through the doors at Swansea, there was a feeling that he was going to take the club onto the next level. And he did." Joe Allen 

 "There are lots of teams here that aren't very well set up tactically. He's a coach that can see that if you can work tactically you can derive a lot of benefit from that; you can be different. If you're well organised, and you can play the ball, you can be successful." Luis Suarez

"Brendan was a young guy when he started working at Chelsea. He had lots of energy, lots of enthusiasm, very good ideas. He was learning but also showing his ideas, sharing things. I enjoyed very much working with Brendan and we keep in touch. I could go on, but those quotes above is already enough to represent Brendan's work to the team. I couldn't think anyone else could managed Liverpool other than Brendan. He is a good tactical managers who loves to play attractive and attacking football. he knows the game well, and most importantly, he knows what he was doing. even the "Only One" itself stated that Brendan is something else, he said that Brendan is a hard working and intelligent guy. He even stated that the one that he believe could be a great manager is Brendan, not AVB.

The Revolution needs time. I believe in Brendan approach, tactically and in man management. for those who are moaning about transfer window, believe me, Brendan and Henry is as well disappointed as us. we should just keep going on. maybe it is a chance for our youngster like Morgan, Suso, Pacheco to prove his worth to the team.

I recommend All of you to watch the MONEYBALL movie, it's a baseball movie. but you will be amazed by the idea of the movie. it's about how to valued a player based on their ability. i think it is something that Liverpool try to adapt to. by selling their unwanted player and not overpaid when buying a player.

Lastly, We SHOULD now CHEER UP and SUPPORT our team more than ever. Let's make ANFIELD a Bastion of Invinsibility. Let's sing Louder than ever (we are so silent in Anfield vs Arsenal). Liverpool 0 - 2 Arsenal BPL 2012/13 Match Highlight

Liverpool were forced to swallow the bitter pill defeated Arsenal at Anfield Stadium, Sunday (02/09/2012). Each of these goals from Lukas Podolski and Santi Cazorla led Arsenal grabbed his first victory this season.

Shown at home, Liverpool tried to master the game. Steven Gerrard did have control of the ball at the 53 early action. However, their attacks are not harmful to the Arsenal defense. Liverpool are able to do eight kicks at goal, but none were on target.

Arsenal also had trouble breaking into the opponent's defense. In fact, "the Gunners' only able to release five kicks at goal. Even so, it was Arsenal who went ahead in the 31st minute. A pass from Cazorla, immediately followed by either by Lukas Podolski. Although guarded by Glen Johnson, Podolski was able to send the ball into the Liverpool goal, without being able to be driven goalkeeper Pepe Reina.

Liverpool tried to get up. In the 38th minute, Raheem Sterling actually had a chance to equalize. He did the kick from the right side of Arsenal's defense, but the ball still hit the goalpost.

A minute later, a series of attacks Liverpool produce chaos in front of the Arsenal goal, but still not produce anything.

Precisely Arsenal almost added a goal through a counter-attack. Unfortunately, Olivier Giroud who one on one with Pepe Reina,  kick the ball in and out. Until the first half ended, Arsenal still lead 1-0.

Entering the second half, Arsenal almost doubles position. Carl Jenkinson were pushed up, hard fired Liverpool into the top corner. Lucky, Reina able to save the ball.

Liverpool look could not do much, started to change the composition of players. Nuri Sahin pulled out in exchange for Jonjo Shelvey in the 67th minute. Brendan Rodgers seems to want more attack to achieve the equalizer.

Instead of making a goal for the score, Anfield fell silent again. In the 69th minute, slick collaboration Cazorla and Podolski can be completed the first name by kicking left foot along the ground. Cazorla shot the ball was about Reina, but the goalkeeper to deflect the ball into his own goal.

1. Fabio Borini (£ 10m, Roma) – A Young Italian Prospective Striker (21 years old), a prolific goal-scorer that Liverpool needed, He is very clinical on goal and can also be deployed as Winger Striker.

2. Joe Allen (£ 15m, Swansea) -  in short time, this 22 years old years old midfield has proved that he can be act as a backup cover for Lucas though his main position is CMF. He pass and vision are very good.

3. Oussama Assaidi (£ 3m, Heerenveen) – prospective player, his signing is unpredictable and yet no other club has made a bid for this player. Interesting to see whether this “dribbler” type of player could work in LFC

4. Nuri Sahin (loan, Madrid) - The next “Xabi Alonso” with left foot. His vision and passing will remind us to Xabi. He rejects Arsenal for Liverpool because he believes the football under Brendan.  He could be our key player towards the season

5. Samet Yesil (£ 1m, Leverkusen) – a young striker bought from Bayer Leverkusen. Still need a work to do to be LFC starting XI. It is believed that he will be placed in the u21 or reserves.

OUT:

1. Fabio Aurellio (free, Gremio) – he barely play for Liverpool last season while his wage is high. His departure is expected.

2. Nathan Eccelston (£ 1m, Blackpool) – He needs to play while Liverpool doesn’t believe he is good enough to play in starting xi

3. Alberto Aquilani (undisclosed, Fiorentina) – He might not work under Brendan football. The Italian needs to move back to serie-a, the place where his football belong

4. Dirk Kuyt (£ 1m, Fenerbache) - His old age might be under consideration for his selling. There is no doubt about his dedication when play but eventually he needs to move on and so does LFC.

5. Maxi Rodiguez (undisclosed, NOB) – his style of football might work well with Brendan, but he choose to move back to his country for family reason

6. Craig Bellamy (undisclosed, Cardiff) – he want to go close with his family. It is a shame; he is a good footballer with superb skill.

7. Charlie Adam (£ 4m, Stoke) -  The departure that LFC fans hoping for. He failed to adapt with Brendan style of football and sometimes his sloppiness cause Liverpool a lost.

8. Andy Carroll (loan, West Ham) – his football doesn’t work out with Brendan’s. He needs to play regularly than sitting on the bench

9. Jay Spearing (loan, Bolton) – Liverpool want to sell him but he prefer to move on loan to prove that he could be better footballer to play for LFC.

10. David Amoo (free, Preston) – not good enough for Liverpool

11. Stephen Darby (free, Bradford) – not good enough for Liverpool

Summary:

The Departure of the deadwood which cost Liverpool ±£430,000 a week or £21 million per year are considered a good move for financial point of view. They barely play last season and their style of play is not fit well with the managers, so there is no point in keeping them.

The only let down is that even though we managed to loan out Carroll who barely contributes, we didn’t get another backup striker.

For the signing, Liverpool signs a talented and young player. Borini, Assaidi, and Allen are a young prospective player for Liverpool. It is such a gamble when we sign them but Brendan knows what he was doing, he knows the player well and has a faith under them. On the other hand, Sahin is the name that people already know about. He is a Star player of Dortmund and have barely play in Madrid, He needs a game and believe he could help Liverpool to go back to top level.

Liverpool officially stated that Andy Carroll will not play for Liverpool FC again on the rest of the season. The Reds Already agreed to lend long-haired striker to West Ham United until the end of the season.

This season Andy Carroll is so constantly the subject of speculation this summer, especially regarding his future at Liverpool. Brendan Rodgers indicated that Carroll not be his first choice team, and a player for 35 million pounds was too good to warm the bench and just became the third player.

Could connect with several teams such as AC Milan, Newcastle United, etc.
Finally West Ham, who previously had tried to buy Carroll, Andy Carroll finally be an option. The Hammers have reached an agreement with Liverpool to borrow Carroll.

Rodgers will help gerrard realize his dream, to win the premier league

During his career at liverpool, Steven Gerrard has never won the premier league. despite having won the Champions League, Europa League, FA Cup, League Cup, etc, is not complete if you have not lifted the Premier League trophy.

Liverpool twice successfully and carry twice equaled Manchester City. At the end of the match both teams finished 2-2 at Anfield.

Match Review: Liverpool vs Gomel 3-0 [Agg: 4-0] European League 2012

What an exciting match, for those who didn't watch the game, If I may quote Suarez,"it's like playing Play Station". The Pass and Movement is really worked. its completely different from the first leg and America tour. the way the football play here is so enjoyful to watch, All the Player know where to pass and where to move. From what i analyzed, it's different with the tiki-taka football that the media said, its the Liverpool way, the combination of short pass, long pass, fast flick, and movement. the only down-point of this match is that we could at least score more goals. another highlight is how fast the player wanted to get back the ball after they lost it, it shows their willingness to control and win the game.

The MOTM is obviously LUIS SUAREZ, his dribbling and movement inspire the goal score by FABIO BORINI, STEVEN GERRARD, and GLEN JOHNSON. Highlight for Borini is that he has crag the egg, the first goal is very important especially when he score it in Anfield. There is no player who played bad at this match. We too solid and strong for the Belarus.

Reina - 7.5 - He make a couple of decent save and play as the 11th player in the team, his pass and quick counter is align with what Brendan Rodgers want

Johnson - 8.5 - Solid, Strong, Fast, his movement from the right was superb, credit for the goal that he scores was an absolute cracker, a left footed strong volley to the left corner of the Gomel Goalie.

Skrtel - 7.5 - Good Defending and Play along with Agger in the center, doesn't gave the opponent chance to score

Agger - 8.0 - Play superbly with his interception and tackle, was very solid along his partner. Doesn't gave a change for the opponent to get pass him

Enrique - 8.0 - Great run and interception from the left. his cross oftenly almost find Luis, but eventually it was often caught in offside position.

Lucas - 8.0 - Brilliant and Solid as DMF, it make Liverpool fans realized how much we miss him.

Shelvey - 7.5 - Prove his worth to the team, work as the box to box midfield where he try to connect the midfield and forward. done superbly, his only letdown is his clumsy tackle.

Gerrard - 8.5 - Deployed as Attacking Midfield who has a great linkup with Suarez and Borini. Deserved his 150th goal. His pass and movement is the core of Liverpool attack

Borini - 8.5 - Has a great Anfield debut. Score his first goal. has a few great linkup with Suarez. 

Downing - 7.5 - Has a good game, make a good progress from the right hand side. his dribbling and movement is so fast and it might be the beginning of new era for Stewart.

Suarez - 9.0 - Dribbling, nutmeg, shooting, passing, flick, linkup, All that his done was brilliant, it is a shame that he couldn't  get his goal. but he shown why he deserved to get his new contract.

Well is Joe Allen worthed by £15m ?? i'm very affraid that is only another flop transfer, like Jordan Henderson, Downing or Carroll. But we all already know, how Joe become a Key player for Swansea last season under Rodger management.

But this is Liverpool FC, can Joe Allen quickly blend with the team ? while Henderson, Carrol, Downing, Adam, they all fail to quickly contributed for Liverpool FC.

In the past few weeks, Liverpool fans are fused about Brendan Rodgers and FSG. They are starting to panic and angry about Brendan who had get rid of few players like Kuyt, Aquilani, Maxi, and possibly Agger, Carroll and Bellamy. while on the other side, Liverpool only have signed one player, Fabio Borini, an unproven young striker. His act became unpopular to the eye of few Liverpool fans, they even labeled him as "mediocre manager" and said that FSG is about "Money" and no different with their previous owner. Does it really work that way?

FSG came to save Liverpool from H&G with 300 million, they even paid all the Liverpool debt. Their vision is to bring stability to Liverpool for long term. "The Liverpool way" is the way that they want to do it. There is no doubt that if they want, Liverpool can go with Chelsea and City way, to bring as many world class player as they can with ridiculous fees and wages; at the end it will only bring chaos, for short term you can see that Chelsea and City are successful, but it is not for long (huge debt, expenses,etc), something instant will never came good, it just like a time bomb which we don't know when but it will explode.

I just want people to try to look at the bigger picture and try to look at it at different perspective. the reason why they offload Kuyt, Aquilani, and Maxi is their wages, the trio is not the regular first XI of Brendan and for them to get those wages despite their role to the team, it is better to sold them, not to mention that their age is almost at the peak(old), those are the reason also why Liverpool try to sold Bellamy back to his hometown,Cardiff. The recent rumors about Agger might be for different reason, if City/Barca/PSG offer huge amount of fee to offshore Agger, why wouldn't Liverpool accept it? his position is Ball Playing Central Defender, in which is not irreplaceable; we still have Coates, Coady, Sama, Wisdom, and even Wilson to fill the gap, it can even become a chance for them to prove their worth of the team. and again Liverpool will get benefit as Agger is injury prone, and also if they became "too dependent" with the injury player, what happen if Agger is injured again? the other doesn't have a capability to replace him because of their lack of chance to prove themselves in the first team. for me Agger selling is 50-50. There is nothing wrong if Liverpool try to keep or sell him.

Lastly is the lack of signing. it is better to keep in mind that Liverpool is not Champions Leauge club. it is difficult for them to attract star player. the only thing that they could do is to look at more promising talent rather than buying a star player, in fact Liverpool never buy star player, they buy decent player and make them a star, that is the Liverpool Way. Example: Who was Alonso, Garcia, Torres, Mascherano, Skrtel, Agger, Johnson, and even Suarez before Liverpool bought them? They are ALL still consider as Good or OK player, the labeled of "WORLD CLASS" or "STAR" player came after they play for Liverpool. It is just a matter of time before we could see another signing or selling by Brendan Rodgers, the man knows what he is doing, he loves and knows football as well as everything about Liverpool Football Club. We should put trust to him, for me he is a BRAVE man, he is dare to become unpopular with his decision to help Liverpool competitive again.

The First Competitive Match at Anfield will be held when Liverpool are hosting FC Gomel for the 2nd leg of the Europa League Qualifying Round. An excitement, joy, and hope. Those are what all the Liverpool fans around the world felt for this match. It's been a year for Liverpool to miss the European Campaign and I believe all the Liverpool fans are taking this competition for granted, even though it is not the so called "UEFA Champions League" but they do want to Win this. Winning a trophy is what this club is all about.

Having the 1-0 Advantage over the opponent, Liverpool will not underestimate FC Gomel. In the 1st leg, it was FC Gomel who came close to score the win, but eventually, it was Stewart Downing strike who burried FC Gomel hope and secure the away Win for Liverpool. 

Liverpool will play with their strongest team available, for Liverpool this match is not just to qualify for the next round, but also it is the match to boost their fitness level to be ready for the next season. It's needed to keep in mind that Liverpool is not yet reach their full fitness level especially those who are involved with the EURO (Reina, Agger, Gerrard, Johnson, Kelly, Henderson, Carroll, Borini). From the first leg, we can see that Liverpool player is exhausted  and struggled against the Belarus side who already at their competitive fitness level. Sloppy pass, Bad Defending, Poor Finishing are all the "to be done" homework for Liverpool. 

The Good News for Liverpool is the return of the Uruguayan duo, Sebastian Coates and Luis Suarez; both of the player are expected to already at their full fitness level as they already started their competitive match at the Olympic Games. Fans are dying to see Suarez play in this match, they want to see their flamboyant striker flourish under the new managers; and hopefully, the Managers philosophy will fit and match with the Suarez style. Suarez are expected to be deployed as Inside Forward Striker (Position where Suarez scores the incredible 49 goals in 48 appearances for Ajax) under the 4-3-3 along with Fabio Borini as the main striker, and Stewart Dowing as Winger Striker. It is also nice to see if Andy Carroll and Daniel Agger who missed the 1st leg due their fitness level, are played in this match to end up the speculation for their departure. I personally hope that both of this player stayed, there are still a lot to come from Andy and Danny. 

For the away side, FC Gomel will maintain their previous line-up. with their main striker, Alumona who came close to break the deadlock in the previous game, they are hoping to grab the first goal and push Liverpool to the limit to secure their place in the next round of the Europa League.
